Electrical contractors can often require a huge list of luminaires for a luxury project, specified from many different manufacturers around the world. It takes them a long time to collate the full project requirements and source quotes for all the parts they need.
It is common that contractors don’t have the time to go through all the detail and work out special finishes, bespoke lengths, custom adaptations etc.
The Xavio Managed Supply service is there to take care of all the detail involved in a complex lighting supply package. A contractor simply places a single PO with Xavio referencing the latest drawing revision, and we take care of all the rest.

We can take specifications or lighting layouts (often vague or incomplete) and translate them into practical, comprehensive schedules and BOQs. Utilising the power of our extensive global supply chain we can work out exactly what is needed and will write a detailed specification which can be sourced within the necessary timescale, saving you time and energy.

- One point of contact for all luminaires
- Technical support and project management
- Off site storage at our UK warehouse
- Xavio creates 'linear schedules' with all the as-built dims, cut points, and feeds for linear LED.
- Close liaison with Joinery Workshops
- LED strips and extrusions are cut and soldered off-site to correct lengths
- All products are collated and labelled by floor, room and unique circuit number
- Goods are split by First Fix, Intermediate Fix and Second Fix components and delivered separately.
- Managed call-off in JIT batches as the site team requires the goods
- Direct transport (we do not use mainstream courier networks for UK projects)
- All special finishes worked out with the design team and included in the fixed price.
- Xavio takes the responsibility of ensuring dimming compatibility with the control system.
