1 Mayfair | Moving ahead with Construction...

With thousands of hours of studio work behind us, Team Xavio is proud to have completed the Detailed Lighting Design & Tender packages for all 29 residences at John Caudwell's iconic 1 Mayfair development.

These 200,000 sq.ft. of ultra-luxury residences in South Audley Street are now moving ahead in the Construction phase, with Xavio retained in a CMT role until Project Completion.  It will be very exciting to see our vision and design take shape.

We have worked closely with Caudwell and award-winning architects EPR, as well as with other professional consultants to deliver this sophisticated and highly comprehensive design package.
