Completed Project Luxury Kensington Residence

Xavio worked alongside prestigious architect practice, BLDA Architects, on this recently completed 10,000 sq. ft. luxurious residence in the elegant and leafy streets of Kensington.

The residence has a striking interior with a number of special features including a stunning basement pool, which has artificially illuminated windows in the brick vault ceiling with tuneable lighting to mimic the daylight outside. There is also an underwater fibre optic linear lightsource to mark the two swimming lanes in the stunning pool. RGBW underwater floodlights can effortlessly change the mood of the space as shown in the photography.

The numerous flights of elegant stairs also draw the eye, augmented by artistically designed display joinery and maximised use of daylight in the central atrium on the ground floor.
