Coronavirus - Xavio Update
The health and well-being of our Xavio employees, industry colleagues and partners are of the utmost importance to us. In view of the established procedures to minimise the potential spread of the coronavirus, we have put in place measures to protect our employees and colleagues, whilst remaining fully committed to the projects we are involved in.
We have a well-established flexible work from home policy from which many of our employees already benefit. We have now ensured that all of our employees can work from home.
The Xavio team is carrying on normal business operations and has the resources and tools we need to progress our work from any location. We are carefully monitoring and considering advice from government and health officials and will continue to support our clients and industry colleagues as always.
We have excellent video conferencing and virtual meeting software available so that all meetings and briefings can still take place. We are very familiar with hosting these interactive sessions, and ask that for any meeting or briefing requests, these are made via virtual meeting rather than in-person.
We welcome new projects as always, including international projects which we have already successfully managed in the past entirely via video link. Our powerfully efficient systems and highly trained teams are ideally suited to manage large and complex projects remotely.
Please get in touch with one of the Xavio team if you would like to book a virtual meeting and we will be happy to set this up.
Wishing everyone good health over the coming weeks and months.
