Lancaster Gate - New Project Announcement

We are very pleased to announce that Xavio Design has been appointed as a Lighting Consultant for the 10-11 Lancaster Gate project in the heart of London, in the Bayswater Conservation Area, just north of Hyde Park. 

The project is a substantial refurbishment and extension of a 30,000 sqft Grade II listed building. It involves an elegant 6 storey new addition to the rear of the building, restoration of the original facades, as well as a full renovation of the interior to create 11 luxury apartments ranging between one and three bedroom size.
