Belgravia Residence

This six story terraced property in Belgravia, one of the grandest and largest 19th-century squares in London, forms an integral part of the grade I listed terrace of eleven houses. Constructed c.1825 the building is designed by Cubits Architect George Bavesi.

Xavio worked on the project from 2014 to 2017, in conjunction with a leading architectural practice and interior designer. Architectural lighting design throughout is to Xavio’s inspiring concepts, and a great deal of technical development is focussing specifically around the stunning swimming pool in the basement. This has an illuminated ceiling to simulate a classic orangery.
