This fine apartment used a collection of techniques including architectural accent lighting with top-grade magnifying lensed optics, back lighting techniques, the use of cutting-edge LED panels and striking decorative pieces from Roll & Hill and Ochre.
The top grade Eggersmann kitchen was strikingly illuminated with plaster-in twin downlights using Xicato modules. Xavio worked closely with the AV specialist to make full use of the Lutron Homeworks system.
