This large project consisted of the creation of 30 luxurious apartments plus a stunning Penthouse in Kensington. Xavio created the complete design & specification for the entire project, including using cutting-edge techniques in public areas with fine creations from Davide Groppi, Occhio and Vibia.
Bespoke linear systems in the opulent corridors were integrated with intelligent PIR controls, and all aspects of the technical development and installation were taken care of by the Xavio project management team, working closely with consultants and contractors from the very conception of the design.
