Xavio provided the full lighting design for the substantial refurbishment and extension of this elegant 6-storey Grade II Listed building just north of Hyde Park, which will create 11 luxury apartments.
We worked closely with the developer (Heriot) and Prest Vale Architects to provide a sophisticated lighting design for the complete building. The complex restoration of the period ceilings and the detailed planning requirements for the lighting made this a rewarding challenge and we are delighted to see this coming to fruition.
