Xavio are currently working closely with specialist contractors and consultants to provide a full lighting design & specification service for a splendid 50,000 sq.ft luxury residence in Mayfair, just off Piccadilly.
Working collaboratively with Zeropointone (ZP1) the project management firm and Reardon Smith the architects, Xavio are 2 years into this project which is still under construction.
Carlisle Design are doing the full interior design and their stunning CGI images really showcase the opulence of this Grade II listed property.
There are 11 floors in total, a roof terrace, 4 enormous ballrooms, 3 basement levels which also include a private spa and entertainment complex.
